The Lowman Building
The Lowman Building, located in Pioneer Square in Seattle, Washington is a historic 10 story high-rise converted into affordable studio apartments. The project serves households at or below 60%of the area median income. The common denominator of these people will be their desire to live downtown. The first apartments were ready for occupancy in 2005.
Quintessa
The Quintessa is a newly constructed 12 story building in the historic Pioneer Square neighborhood of Seattle. Using tax-exempt and 4% tax credits, Evergreen Housing created 132 units of studio and one-bedroom apartments for households earning 60% of the area median income. The Quintessa opened
