Sam Gottlieb - Development & Marketing
Sam Gottlieb has spent more than 25 years in real estate sales, marketing and development. With both individual and institutional partners, Sam is an owner/investor in all Evergreen Housing Development Group projects. He oversees numerous aspects of each project, from acquisition to development to sales, marketing and asset management. In addition, since 1990 Sam has listed and sold over 4,000 homes (90% condominium) totaling over $1,000,000,000 in retail value.
Sam makes his family his priority and loves spending time with
his five children.
Andrew Brand - Development Project Manager
Andrew Brand has over six years experience in real estate development and planning, over three years with direct involvement in affordable housing and the LIHTC program. Andrew works in the acquisition, planning, design, development, construction and lease up of apartment projects using Tax Credits. He is regularly involved with complex decision making and brings people together from multiple backgrounds and disciplines to develop projects. Andrew has a Masters degree in Urban Planning with a concentration in real estate development from the University of Washington and a B.A. in Political Science from Emory University.
Ken Odermatt - Controller
Ken Odermatt, CPA has been working in accounting for more than 10 years. With degrees from the University of Georgia and Georgia Southern University his experience in accounting has focused mostly on public accounting with an emphasis on corporate and partnership taxation. He is responsible for the day to day financial operations, cash management, and for the company's tax credit and low income housing developments in Washington and Oregon State. Ken acts as a liaison between outside auditors, investors and the State Housing Authority for channeling project status and complying with different reporting requirement. He is also responsible for the supervision of staff accountants and office administrator along with being responsible for quarterly and monthly Business & Occupational tax filings as well as all Payroll tax filing for WA & OR States.
