Sam has spent more than 30 years in real estate sales, marketing and development. With both individual and institutional partners, Sam is an owner/investor in all Evergreen Housing Development Group projects. Sam has a B.A. in Economics from The University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee.
Andrew Brand - Director of Development
Andrew has 10 years of experience in real estate development and planning. Andrew has a Master's degree in Urban Planning with a concentration in real estate development from the University of Washington and a B.A. in Political Science from Emory University.
Ken Odermatt - Controller
Ken Odermatt, CPA has 10 years of accounting experience. Ken has a Master's degree in Accounting from Georgia Southern University and a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Georgia. He is responsible for the day to day financial operations, cash management, and complying with reporting requirements.
Rob Martin - Director of Construction
Rob has built many thousands of units in his 40 years of multi-family construction management experience. Rob is responsible for all aspects of the construction enterprise.
