Andrew Brand - Development Project Manager

Andrew Brand has over six years experience in real estate development and planning, over three years with direct involvement in affordable housing and the LIHTC program. Andrew works in the acquisition, planning, design, development, construction and lease up of apartment projects using Tax Credits. He is regularly involved with complex decision making and brings people together from multiple backgrounds and disciplines to develop projects. Andrew has a Masters degree in Urban Planning with a concentration in real estate development from the University of Washington and a B.A. in Political Science from Emory University.

Katherine Yu - Controller

Katherine has been working in accounting for more than 10 years. With an MBA from Seattle U her experience in accounting has focused mostly on the construction and real estate industry. She is responsible for the day to day financial operations, cash management for the company's tax credit and low income housing developments in Washington and Oregon State. Katherine acts as a liaison between outside auditor, investors and the State Housing Authority for channeling project status and complying with different reporting requirement. She is also responsible for the supervision of staff accountant and office administrator along with being responsible for quarterly and monthly Business & Occupational tax filings as well as all Payroll tax filing for WA & OR States.

Hattachon McDonnell - Accountant

Hattachon has over six years experience in local and international business, 3 years directly in accounting. Hattachon works on all aspects of Evergreen Housing project accounting. She has a bachelors degree in professional accounting from Bangkok University. Hattachon likes exploring new experiences and cultures.
